Royalty Free Roofing is a coaching and consulting business that works with roofing company owners doing $3M-$10M in annual revenue to help them install franchise-level systems, scale their operations, and build a business that runs without them — all without paying a single dollar in ongoing royalties.
A typical client comes to us already running a $3M-$10M roofing company and wants to break through their current ceiling — more revenue, better margins, and actual freedom from day-to-day operations.
Our founder built and runs his own roofing company generating over $915,000/month in revenue with a 40% close rate, 56% gross margins, and a team of 7 sales reps — and the program teaches the exact systems behind those numbers.
The Role and Requirements:
This role is only for highly-experienced Senior Account Executives/High-Ticket Closers with deep sales experience in the coaching/consulting/high-ticket B2B space.
As a full-time closer, you will receive 4-6 qualified inbound bookings on your calendar and are expected to close 1 deal per day on average. Our marketing department runs targeted paid traffic daily to ensure you have qualified bookings, and we have a Sales Coordinator who pre-qualifies and pre-confirms each booking.
If we cannot pre-qualify and confirm the booking, we will cancel or double-book that slot to open it up for a more qualified prospect. We are very strict with our Sales Coordinator process so that every one of our Account Executives/Closers is guaranteed to have at least 3-5 live calls per day with qualified prospects.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record closing a minimum of $100k/month in cash collected.
Deep experience in the B2B coaching/consulting/high-ticket industry (this is extremely important since you will be speaking with established roofing company owners doing $3M-$10M whom you need to demonstrate credibility with).
Can take calls from 9 am EST onwards.
Optional bonus: Direct experience in the trades, roofing, construction, or home services industry.
Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
Taking 4-6 sales calls/day with qualified, inbound leads.
Closing high-ticket deals at $30,000 via a one-call close process.
Following up with pipeline and getting old deals across the line using Re-Offers.
Working with coaching and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth client handover.
Reporting on performance via an EOD report and continually improving your close rate.
Compensation:
Paid on cash collected. We are offering 3 tiers $10K down, $20K down or full pay of $35K down.
15% flat commission on every closed deal.
We offer three pricing options to clients, and your commission is based on the amount collected at close:
$10,000 down payment → $1,500 commission per close
$20,000 down payment → $3,000 commission per close
$35,000 pay-in-full → $5,250 commission per close
Monthly OTE = $30k - $40k+/month
Each Account Executive/Closer is expected to be available for and take at least 15 live calls per week (minimum) with most taking 20-25 live calls.
At just the $10,000 down payment level, closing 1 deal per day across 22 working days = $33,000/month. Factor in clients who choose the $35,000 pay-in-full options monthly earnings climb well above $40,000.
